Fees

Transition Breath uses the following pay structure:

  • Initial consultation (1 hour) free

  • Breathing/meditation consultation (non-breathwork session, 1 hour) $70

  • Breathwork session (2 hours) $140

  • Breathwork session (3 hours) $195

Transition Breath can also negotiate payment plans for clients who commit to five or more breathwork sessions. Concession and student discounts available on request.

Breathing/meditation consultation is a one hour session that uses various breathing and breath awareness techniques to help you improve your breathing and emotional regulation. This session is not a breathwork session, and does not activate the breath.

Session times

Breathwork session are available on:

  • Tuesday evenings from 6pm

  • Wednesday evenings from 6pm

  • Thursday evenings from 6pm

  • Friday from 9am until 6pm

  • Weekends by appointment

Saturday intensive

You will commence your Saturday with a yoga session at Flow Yoga, followed by a light breakfast and intention setting discussion. Once complete, you will commence the first 1.5 hour breathwork session, followed by a debrief discussion. You will then have a 1 hour lunch break.

After lunch, you will then commence your second intention session discussion and 1.5 hour breathwork session, ending your day with an integration and second debrief discussion.

Post-retreat debrief and check-in available upon request.

Cost: $295

Retreat includes two breathwork sessions, yoga session, tea/coffee, one breakfast and a light lunch.


Sponsorship program

To ensure equitable access to the breathwork modality, Transition Breath‘s sponsorship program enables people who are unable to contribute the full payment fee to access this service. A limited number of places are available for this sponsorship program.
